Experimental Features

This part of feature changes will not be shown in release in most situations, but these feature changes may cause uncertain influence to all the users that doesn't even configured them.

Added experimental config item split_line_break to make texts can be displayed correctly on earlier version Minecraft clients
Set default value of experimental config item attach_plugin_log_handler to false to avoid any possible compatiblity problem with MCDReforged in the future.
